Here are some videos to use to get ready for class next week!
See what you can do with this!
On this one, there are going to be some extra words you don't already have- write them down, but you won't be tested on them. :) Mostly I'm posting this for some help with pronunciation.
Nous avons révisé la vocabulaire pour le chapitre sept!
Les poupées en carton - on les habille!
Les devoirs:
Sentences using vocabulary, questions
Learn mettre and practice it
Learn comparitive words (le comparatif des adjectifs)
Watch the videos below! Write down any vocab you haven't learned yet. :)
METTRE! Please go through this and learn some of the phrases you need mettre for. Don't worry about the "passé composé" information at 1:30 - 2:00 or so. Also, ignore the whole "reflexive verb" thing for now. We'll be learning it soon! You can stop watching when they talk about "se mettre à faire les devoirs." :)
This is just cute!
How much of this do you understand?
This is really a handy video- not entertaining, but she pronounces things well... and it includes COLORS in the clothing descriptions!
We've missed a few of these as we've done a few more simple classes! Do you love Petit Nicholas??
Let's get back into the groove with Chapitre Sept!
En Classe!
Nous avons fini avec la lecture, Le Petit Nicholas
Avec le temps extra, nous avons lu La Lecture Supplémentaire tout ensemble.
Les Devoirs!
If we don't finish Lecture Supplémentaire in class, please finish answering the questions to both readings at home.
Questions de Vocabulaire. These are a handful of sentences from the book I use to help you write out sentences, to think about Chapitre Six Vocabulaire, and to review verbs. It should be pretty easy!!
Faire, Pouvoir, Vouloir. Again, it's a review! It should be very easy! If it's NOT easy to do, without help, you need to take some time and really study. These verbs are super important. :)
Chapitre Sept Vocabulaire. Translate the vocabulary for Chapitre Sept, comme d'habitude. :) Be ready and comfortable with the different articles of clothing for next week, especially.
Les Couleurs packet. It has colors and articles of clothing that the book doesn't necessarily cover. :)
If you need help with verbs, try these videos!
It's cheesy, but here's a FAIRE song:
Another cheesy video for avoir; être; faire; aller:
I LOVE this one!!!
Pretty sure you NEED to watch this ALLER video:
For colors, this is cute... I'm going to use this with my cute French Ia students!
Oh, but we're not through!!
