Be sure to check in on MONDAY for the next few weeks of planning! Not THIS Wednesday, but Wednesday the 8th, we'll be testing on Chapitre Six! On Wednesday, Feb. 15th, we'll begin Chapitre Sept.
----------------------
Bonjour! If all went to plan, we...
> turned in homework (and Q&A).
> culture day, and
> practiced ordering/taking orders in a restaurant!
Les devoirs pour cette semaine!
NOTE: If you FIGURE OUT the de, de la, d', des, du, etc., you can stop. Be sure to keep notes of all of the online activities you do. In fact, pull out a sheet now, and write:
1. Self-check quiz Score:
2. de, de la, des quiz Score:
3. This is how I did on the game:
4. Here's how I did with the second game:
5. Here's how I did editing the letter
Then turn that in as well as your Faire worksheet. :)
- Back to work! Go over your vocabulary! When you're done, TAKE THIS SELF-CHECK QUIZ.
- Read up in de, de la, des HERE! Take the quiz at the bottom of the page, and COMMENT BELOW with your score!
- Read up AGAIN HERE. Then click on the "Word of Caution" at the bottom to follow-up.
- Play THIS GAME. Use it with INTERNET EXPLORER because it is NOT working well in Chrome. :) How did you do?
- Now TRY THIS. What did you think?
- Try EDITING THIS LETTER.
- Worksheet! "More Fun With Faire!
Now that you've done all of that, how is your understanding of de, de la, du, des? It helped ME!! I still have a few questions that I'm working out, so stay tuned! Also, after studying this, I realized I have a few problems (my fault) on the previous homework assignment (just this last week)*. I'll let you know when I have it fully figured out- enough so I can teach it instead of just knowing instinctively.
* So I have used it correctly for the most part, but I freaked out when I came across these things, and I messed up trying to do it better! Meh, it happens! We'll get this!
