En Classe: 7 décembre 2016

Today, we...
  • Went over the report/midterm information!
  • Looked at criteria for choosing a house/apartment in Paris
  • Did read alouds, and translated stuff
For homework...
  • Midterm report - one page minimum, double-spaced, in English or French if you want to try, informative/entertaining report... choose a location in France, whether a landmark, point of interest or city... you can also incorporate criteria for choosing a house/apartment in Paris as your report or part of it.  :)
  • Choosing a house/apartment in Paris worksheet.  French or English is fine.  :)

    I know I left the workbook you gave me to go over at your house and if we have anymore donations to drop off tomorrow I'll pick it up then. Ou, maybe if you come to our house on Friday, you could just bring it?

    Bonjour, chérie! Oui, on l'a découvré, ça va une heure! C'est pas une problème si on le retiens jusqu'à demain ou jusqu'à vendredi. :)

    Peut-tu me rappeler c'est quoi ton citation pour dessiner? J'ai fini avec la citation à Darcy (je l'ai posté sur Facebook et j'ai taggé une photo avec le nom de ta mère! :)

    I'd like you to assign me a topic for my report please(!!!!!). I've been thinking about it sense we got home and I can't think of anything!! Possibly even make it a creative writing assignment because I need to work on it. But, neither here nor there, I need an assignment.

      *laughing* No problem!! So what I did was... I went to Google Earth and I hovered over France... and then I CLICKED! I'd like to know more about Rennes, France! You are Maxime Daniel, born in Rennes. You're famous (look up WHY you're famous) and tell me about growing up in Rennes, what it was like. :)

      It features short-term, furnished bookings, so it's probably a little overpriced. Plus it's specifically for Paris! But it's in English.

      This one's for all of France!! But it's in French-- http://www.seloger.com/immobilier/locations/ville/bien-appartement/

      The 2nd one is what I would use. ... Maybe with Google translate as a guide??
